Finjo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Finjo platform. By accessing or using Finjo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Finjo provides:

• AI-powered lead generation and recruitment intelligence
• Candidate analysis and resume screening
• Company identification and hiring signal detection
• Outreach assistance and related recruitment technology services

Finjo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

The agency retains ownership of content uploaded to the platform. However, by uploading any resume, candidate profile, or other information, the agency grants Finjo a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to:

• Store, analyze, process, modify, reproduce, and derive insights from such content
• Train AI and machine learning systems using such content
• Create derivative works and commercially utilize such content
• Use such content for operation, development, enhancement, marketing, analytics, benchmarking, and improvement of Finjo's products and services

This license survives account termination.

The agency represents and warrants that:

• It has lawful rights to upload all submitted data
• Candidate information was collected lawfully and necessary consents have been obtained
• Uploaded information does not violate any law or third-party rights

Finjo provides lead recommendations, hiring signals, company matches, and business intelligence on a best-efforts basis. Finjo does not warrant that any lead is accurate or active, any company is hiring, any prospect will respond, or any business relationship or placement will result. Lead generation inherently involves uncertainty. All business decisions are made solely at the agency's own risk.

Finjo does not guarantee candidate placement, job orders, client acquisition, revenue growth, or recruitment success. Historical results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Finjo uses AI, machine learning, and automated analytical systems. Generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, may be incomplete, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. Users are responsible for independent verification.

All Finjo software, databases, algorithms, AI systems, trademarks, workflows, methodologies, and platform content are the exclusive property of Finjo. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer the platform or copy proprietary datasets
• Resell platform access or circumvent security controls
• Use the platform unlawfully or upload malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. Finjo may modify pricing upon notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finjo shall not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost placements, lost revenue, indirect damages, consequential damages, special damages, or punitive damages. Finjo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the agency to Finjo during the preceding twelve (12) months.

The agency agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Finjo and its affiliates from any claim arising out of uploaded resumes or candidate information, privacy violations, data protection violations, agency conduct, or misuse of the Services.

Finjo may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated, fraud is suspected, security risks are detected, or legal compliance requires action.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pune.

Finjo may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
